How is the valuation of my car carried out after filling in the purchase form?
Our purchase department uses the information provided by you in the purchase form and determines on this basis as a first step, the potential selling price for your vehicle. Subsequently, the purchase price for your vehicle can be determined.
What is the process of my on-site vehicle evaluation?
Please bring all documents (vehicle title, vehicle registration certificate, TÜV report) and all existing tires to this appointment. One of our employees will inspect your vehicle from the outside and inside. A short technical inspection and a short test drive will then lead to a final evaluation. If you like the determined purchase price, you can leave your vehicle immediately against payment of the purchase price.
Can I sell a financed vehicle?
Yes, you can sell a car with current financing to us. Simply bring all the documents from the financing bank to the valuation or subsequent delivery appointment at one of our locations so that we can determine the outstanding financing redemption amount. The outstanding amount will then be paid off to the bank and the difference to the purchase price will be settled with you.
Can I sell a vehicle on behalf of a family member or acquaintance?
Yes, you can sell a vehicle on behalf of a third party. Just bring the following additional documents to the appointment:
- A power of sale signed by the vehicle owner.
- A copy of your identity card or passport – of both you and the vehicle owner.
